Wine is an emotional product, that has to do with sensitivity and perception. The wine is not only technique and technology, but history, tradition, people. The communication is narrative, emotion, feeling. Small businesses that make quality wines and they do so for generations, carrying a huge cultural baggage, would have much to tell. This is possible due to the complexity of the wine, never equal to itself and therefore always able to amaze, to surprise, to generate emotions, and 'why, for his ability to interpret the complexities, and then get in touch intimate with each of us, that the wine is, and will in time, point of reference and expression of the culture of the society that produces it and drink it.
