Sunday the company The House of Carpini Pozzol Groppo, celebrated its tenth anniversary by inviting journalists, and enthusiasts to spend a day in the land.
Without reading the program, would be expected to visit a farm in the Tortona hills, making a walk in the vineyards and a lunch platter of cheeses and cold cuts in combination with Barbera. But, surprise: Barbera not only in combination with salami, but the finger food, and in addition to the tour in the vineyards, the challenge to Eno-Trivial .
Event event, then, a situation from all rural conditions and in the nature that is transformed into a trendy event, combining tradition with the modernity of this type of restaurant.
The alternative idea, that displaces at first but then wins, is a finger food, specifically designed to match with the wine company, a lunch, eaten standing up, hanging around in the basement, listening to the story (yes, a story, not a guided tour) of the landlord, or sit under the gazebo and verandas, in the hills around mmirando.
The particular combination was born from the synergy between the Az. The Carpini and Ass. 41 , who wanted to organize this anniversary, something special, unique.
And the challenge to Eno-trivial, in which guests attended, sealed the success, the famous game, Trivial, adapted to the oenological world, through a series of questions, not always within reach of less experienced, conceived and created by Alter-Eno with materials such as cork, wood, tralcetti lives.
Thus, the traditional day out on a rainy Sunday in June visiting a winery, becomes a time to meet and exchange fun and food, which reserves really nice moments in which, during which I present, they felt welcome guests and not just 'potential-customers'. Some
